15th Pravasi Bharathi Day celebrations will be held in Trivandrum on 9th, 10th and 11th January, 2017, in which NRIs, political & social leaders, educationalists, artists and businessmen will be honoured with Pravasi Bharathi (Kerala) awards on 11th January, 2017 at 5.30 PM V.J.T Hall, Palayam, Trivandrum..

Very important dignitaries like Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha, Prof.P.J.Kurian, Karnataka State Minister for Food and civil Supplies Sri.U.T.Khader, Speaker of Legislative Assembly Sri.P.ramakrishnan, Deputy Speaker Sri.V.Sasi, State Ministers Sri. Ramachandran Kadannappally, 

V.S.Sunilkumar, Sri.Kadakampally Surendran, Hon.M.P. Sri.N.K.Premachandran, MLAs, NRIs and businessmen are expected to participate in the three days function.

On 9th January, 2017 in the inaugural function we are honouring former Chief Minister Sri.V.S.Achuthanandan as he is completing 94 years age.

On second day, Tuesday 10th January, 2017, there is a seminar on "Problems faced NRIs after Demonetisation and its remedies". 

On 11th January, Wednesday award ceremony will be held, in which several NRIs and political leaders will receive award from the Chief Guest, Prof.P.J.Kurian, Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha.
