9th Pravasi Bharathi (Kerala) Awards declared

Dear friends,

The Pravasi Bharathi (Kerala) Awards for the year 2011 were declared in a Press Meet in

Trivandrum Press Club on 3.1.2011. The Awards will be distributed in the valedictory function

on 11th January, 2011 in Trivandrum. NRIs from allover the world will be honoured in the function.

Political and social leaders, artists, businessmen and educationalists also will be honoured.

9th Pravasi Bharathi Day Celebrations in Trivandrum will be held on two days in Trivandrum

on 9th and 11th January, 2011. The invitation letters in English and Malayalam are attached in this blog.

We request you to attend the functions on both days with friends and relatives, and make this

mega event a big success.

The press meet of yesterday was shown on several Malayalam TV Channels here like Kairali TV, Kairali TV,

Indiavision, Cee-TV, Jaihind TV etc. Several newspapers also reported the Award Declaration Press Meet,

like The Hindu, Keralakaumudi, Mathrubhumi, Madhyamam etc. Copy of those paper cuttings are also attached.
